Change Master Class

They say the only constant in life is change!

The Change Master Class is designed to build your skills in planning, implementing and leading change processes effectively, whether you are in an HR, OD, operations or change role.  

Elephant workshops are practical, outcome-based learning sessions so you’ll leave with useful, real-life tools, templates and answers to use when you get back to work. We also have some great discussions and answer any questions you have with practical solutions and ideas you can really use.

Course Content

Master Class 1: The Fundamentals of Change

Runs from 9am – 12.30pm

9am: Understanding types of change

In this first session we will discuss the different types of change that you may need to deal with in your current or future roles, and the challenges that can happen with each so you can be well prepared.

9.45am: Change models

Understanding the different change models that are out there that you can use to plan and implement change projects means you can select the best one for your change. You’ll cover the pros and cons of each and trying them out on a real case study.

11am: MORNING TEA

11.15am: Leading a change journey

In this session you’ll uncover, how to identify where people are in their change journey, tools to take people through the stages of change and how to manage your own resilience.

Master Class 2: Being a Change Agent

In the face to face workshop this runs 1.30pm to 5pm. In the virtual workshop this runs 9am – 12.30pm.

In this half day you will build your skills in how to make change happen. This is an action-based learning workshop so you’ll try out tools, discuss case studies and run some practise sessions so you are fully prepared to lead change in your business or team. You’ll hone your skills in:

  • Pitching change to your business – how to develop a business case and get it to the right people, in the right way, at the right time
  • Utilising change champions to accelerate change engagement
  • Crafting communications that hit home including storytelling, sales and marketing concepts, CX tools that will take your communications plans to the next level.

To finish the day a chance to discuss ideas and put some actions down to help you succeed in making successful change in your organisation.

MC 1 – Thursday 1 June$395 + GST (early bird) or $495 (full price) per Master Class
