How it works

First you need to choose the approach you want:

The full works: 8 areas with 4 – 8 questions in each. You can include an open ended question for 1 area (perfect if you want to drill down) or just have 2 – 3 open ended questions at the end to get suggestions and feedback. You can customise section headings, add or delete up to 20 questions and amend the wording for your culture/policies/structure. Great for a full benchmark of 8 core areas. A set fee applies for NFP’s or SME’s (with less than 100 employees), or for larger companies with 100+ employees – there is a build fee and a per person cost. Pricing is available in your currency on the purchase form.

Feel the vibe: A shorter survey focusing on overall ratings only for 8 areas with open ended questions. Great to benchmark your engagement but not get overwhelmed with data. A set fee for NFP or SME’s and a set pp fee for businesses with 100 employees or more. Pricing on the purchase form.

Pulse check: If you want feedback on a particular area, or to follow up a full survey, the pulse check is the way to go. Up to 5 questions + an open ended. Focus on H&S, wellness, training, comms or people management. There is a set fee per pulse check. The purchase form has pricing details.

Next you need to choose your demographics. We can split the survey results into different teams, different locations, length of service of any other demographic you’d like to analyse. You will need to have at least 5 participants in a data set to ensure anonymity.

Lastly you choose your timeline. We advise on a two week timeline to work through confirming the questions you want and the communications plan, and for our team to build the survey and for to you test this out. Then 1 – 2 weeks to run the survey. You’ll then have the results through in a further 2 weeks. All sounds good so far? What results do I get?

You get overall engagement results for each area of your business so you can see what your hot spots are that need attention, and what areas are going well and creating engagement.

The overview shows you visually which overall areas are rating well, and where you might need to run some focus groups, get some feedback and make some changes.

Find out which questions rated well and which areas could be improved with the overall question results. You’ll see how many are engaged, with positive results in green. Hot spots that need attention are orange if between 51-65%, and red if 50% or below.

We also report on trends and demographics. And we provide you with some ideas of how to roll out the results of your survey to your employees, and benchmarking of your overall results.
