HR Advisors Master Class 1: Engaging and influencing your managers
We know managers don’t always follow the process or read what you’ve sent them. So if you want to grab their attention, engage and influence them in your HR processes, get them to read your emails, and do what you’ve asked – this session is for you! We focus on clever tools and techniques to use to influence and really get your message across and adapt your communications for the right audience. You’ll also cover understanding what style you and others are.
HR Advisors Master Class 2: Reinventing your HR policies and processes
Wouldn’t it be wonderful if managers found your HR policies and processes so engaging to read, that they want to take them to bed and read them just for the joy of it?? Okay perhaps not, but in this module you’ll learn some brilliant methods to make your policies more readable, and different ways to structure and distribute so that managers want to read them (even if not as a bedtime story).
HR Advisors Master Class 3: Using Design Thinking to deliver HR differently
Our third Master Class focuses on understanding the principles of Design Thinking work, and how you can use these out to transform how you deliver HR. You’ll hear some awesome examples of thinking out side of the box to spark what you could do differently, as well as some design thinking tools to get you thinking in a whole different way!
