If you have an L&D or HR team who can facilitate, why not purchase an off the shelf module, and run this as many times inhouse as you want!

We have 6 CORE modules, which we believe all managers should know, then 6 LEADERSHIP modules which cover taking your team and culture to the next level.

If you purchase the OFF THE SHELF module – you get a set of slides that you can customise with your company branding, a facilitators guide detailing how to run the session, and handouts for participants. You can run these inhouse as face to face or virtual workshops. This means you can re-run the workshop with new managers, in different locations, or as part of any formal management training you run.

If you’re not into facilitating yourself, then one of the Elephant team can facilitate for you. There is an extra cost for this, but our team can facilitate virtually or face to face and you can build a one day, two day or three day programme from any of the modules (which are all half days).

Management Bites: the book

The first edition of Management Bites was published by HarperCollins NZ back in 2009 and became a best-seller! It was followed by a second edition in 2014. And now Angela has fully updated and revised Management Bites for the third edition – released in July 2024.
