For those newer to Talent Acquisition and Recruitment, our Fundamentals workshops give you grounding in key areas. They include:
- Recruitment & Selection & the psychological contract
- Complying with Human Rights and Privacy and how to help eliminate discrimination
- Job Scoping and using competencies to establish who you need for the role
- Search plans and sourcing candidates
- Inspired Interviewing including designing questions, running interviews and overcoming challenges!
Just $195 each.
For those with some experience, our Recruitment Master Classes focus on building higher performance. They include:
- Engaging and influencing your hiring managers so they really listen!
- Reinventing your recruitment policies
- Using Design Thinking and transforming how you recruit
Certificate Programmes
Workshops are great but you might be more keen on a formal qualification in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition. We have two levels depending on your experience and role. Each Certificate has online modules with videos, articles and information. Then you complete assignments, marked by our team, with personal feedback and coaching provided.
For those new to recruitment, this 8 month programme teaches you all the fundamentals!
For those with 2+ years experience. This Certificate has 8 modules over 10 months.
