We first ran our HR Game Changer Conference in Melbourne in 2015, and since then we’ve helped many Australian HR teams develop their skills with practical, useful and interesting training that you’ll never forget (because an elephant never forgets!).
What makes us different?
Our Certificate programmes and online workshop look at how HR and OD work in the real world. Yes we cover theory, but more importantly, we look at case studies to analyse what solutions might work and why, and share examples of what real companies use to deliver excellence in HR and OD.
Our facilitators are all experienced specialists in HR and OD and share key learnings from their careers for you to learn from. We don’t overwhelm you with information – our workshops and Certificates focus on the most important things you should know, with tools and techniques that you can try out in your role. You also get to complete assignments with personal feedback and coaching from our marking team. We do not use AI. You deal with real people!

How can we help you develop?
We have a special employment law workshop for Australian HR teams who look after New Zealand.
This two part virtual workshop takes you through the key differences between NZ and Australian employment law so you don’t fall into any traps that could cost. Make sure you’re confident in how NZ law works!
