HR Business Partner Master Classes
We have two workshops to choose from. These are run as virtual workshops, or online where you can choose to complete a written assignment and get personal feedback about what you did well, or other things to consider, OR a virtual 30 minute coaching session with one of our team to discuss case studies and what you’ve covered, and ask any questions.
Advanced Employment Law modules
If Employee Relations is part of your HRBP role, then we have several online workshops to help you develop your skills in this area.
HR Business Partner Certificate
Our HR Business Partner Certificate is a 1 year programme focused on building your strategic HR skills so that you can deliver as a high impact HR Business Partner.
You’ll complete online modules with videos to watch and articles to read, then an assignment to test your thinking and skills. From this you get personal feedback and coaching on what you’ve done well and what else you need to consider.
