These are practical, useful and fun and designed to really help develop your skills and knowledge in HR (or people & culture, PX, people & capability or whatever your company calls it!). If you’re looking for a quick way to upskill just in one area, then our HR workshops might be the best option for you. These are online, so you can access them straight away. You can choose to complete an assignment at the end to test your knowledge and get feedback from our team, or just try out the activities suggested.

How to deliver as a high performance HRBP.

NZ Employment Law workshops:

This 3 hour workshop covers everything you need to know to work through a disciplinary process correctly, and deal with challenges. You’ll cover how to identify the difference between performance and misconduct, putting in place a performance plan, and how to give a warning or dismiss.

How to plan and run a workplace investigation. What and who to ask, and how to comply with law.

Restructuring law but also how to deal with all the people issues fairly.

How respond to a PG, deal with a Settlement and attend Mediation.

Certificate programmes:

An 8 month programme to learn to deliver HR in real life – building on theory you might have learned at University.

For those with some HR experience, this Certificate in will give you the skills and knowledge to deliver in all operational areas of HR.

If you lead a small HR function, or are responsible for a business division, learn how to manage the different HR processes to deliver effectively.

For those preparing for an HRBP role or wanting to hone your skills to add real value to your organisation.

Our OD Certificate covers key areas of organisational development if you are expanding your HR role into OD.

If you want to specialise in Employment Relations but not train as an employment lawyer, this Certificate is for you!
